Garnet lives in the Canadian province, Nova Scotia, and has four adult children and 13 grandchildren. Three of his children and 9 grandchildren live in the United States.

Garnet operates Wheaton’s, a chain of 6 stores, and has a small furniture plant that produces solid wood furniture that is sold in those stores.

Garnet has been active in ShareWord Global Canada’s ministry for over 45 years, serving in various leadership roles at the chapter, provincial, and national levels. Now Garnet is serving as the Board Chair of the new ShareWord Global USA ministry.

 

Tony Merendino studied podiatric medicine at Barry University in Florida and completed a two-year podiatric surgical residence in Michigan. He then returned to Florida to practice Podiatry and train podiatric medical residents at Hollywood Medical Center. Tony is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida.

In 2011, Tony and John Wesselius started a ministry called “Ask a Christian.” Tony met with a local ShareWord Global member and joined the ministry in 2015.

Born in Australia, Craig began his professional career as a CPA. In 1999, Craig, together with his wife, Debbie, and four children, moved to Nashville to pursue his calling with The Gideons. Craig was appointed International Executive Director of The Gideons International in 2010 and held that position for seven years.

Now Craig and Debbie enjoy their country retreat outside Lebanon, TN and adore their two grandchildren.

 

Kristi Miller is a licensed minister, worship leader, songwriter, and counselor, currently residing in Texas. She has served in ministry and leadership positions since 1990 as a Worship Pastor, Songwriter, Youth and Children’s pastor, and Young Adults leader.

Kristi has a heart for missions, and has led teams nationally and internationally, in Poland, New York, Mexico, Los Angeles, and other regions of the US. Her greatest joy is being the proud mom of four kids, and her son in-law. She looks forward to sharing God’s Word with the nations and prays that her work with ShareWord will bring the lost to the Lord while helping Christians know Him deeper and more meaningfully.

Now living in Pennsylvania with his wife Susan and two children, Mark is originally from Liverpool, England and for most of his career has worked globally in Christian mission and community non-profits in four continents. This includes service with United Bible Societies, Africa Inland Mission, the World Health Organization, and Tearfund UK. He has published on the subject of Christian responses to community health and social challenges and has spoken on these issues at the WHO, the White House, and at a U.S. Congressional Staff Briefing.

But above all it’s Troy's passion for the Bible and commitment to fulfilling the Great Commission that drives his continued efforts to innovate and expand international ministry opportunities.
