Hello! My name is Jessica Qirko, and I am excited to be going on a Gospel Outreach (GO) Trip to Brazil this summer!

Our goal is simple yet profound: to share the hope of the gospel to every corner of the world. We do that by mobilizing local churches—our brothers and sisters in the faith—to join us in sharing the life-giving gospel of Jesus Christ with Scripture, to the people around them. We empower local churches through training, resources, outreach opportunities and a community of like-minded evangelists to support and encourage them.

As I prepare for this incredible journey, I am humbled by the opportunity to be an instrument of change and a vessel of God's love. Together, we can make an eternal impact, touching hearts and transforming lives through the love of God.

I have always grown up in a Christian household and had accepted Jesus at a very young age - I don’t really remember when exactly. However my family has dealt with struggles and problems that now I see it’s only God that could have brought us out, as I could never imagine the happiness and prosperity we have now being possible without His work. Coming into high school has really tested my faith, as I have felt myself distance from God as things like school, friends and insecurities have gotten in the way of my relationship with Him. Yet It has also shown me time and time again how God is such a graceful and merciful God, who loves us and will always wait for us with open arms. This past year especially I have felt convicted by the Holy Spirit to start living out a life that pleases Him, so this Mission trip is my way of serving God. I want my life to be centered around what Jesus has planned for my life and even as a kid I remember always being compelled to go on a mission trip and have hoped for a chance to share the Gospel with others and talk about God’s love and how it can change lives. With this being my first mission trip, I am asking for support not just through donations but more importantly through prayer for both guidance and strength to do God’s will and shine as a light for Him.
