About the campaign

Hey there! I'm Brooklyn Vandenberg , and I am so excited to be part of this amazing Gospel Outreach (“GO”) Trip to  Brazil with ShareWord Global.

So, here's the deal: our goal is to share the hope of the gospel with people all around the globe. We do that by linking up with local churches and mobilizing our brothers and sisters in the faith to go out into their communities and bring the gospel, with Scripture, to the people in their neighbourhoods.

As I gear up for this amazing adventure, I'm just blown away by the chance to be a part of something bigger and to spread God's love. Together, we're going to make a huge impact, touching hearts, and changing lives through His love.

My Story: I have went to church my whole life and called myself a Christian my whole life, but this past winter God completely revealed Himself to me. I had been struggling to love myself and had taken on bad habits, but last winter I was sitting in bed one night crying, begging the Lord to forgive me and help me straighten out my paths. He answered my prayers almost immediately, lifting such a heavy weight off of my shoulders, letting me know He is there and wanting to help, showing me that he was never gone, just waiting for me! Since then I have made it my goal to leave all my bad habits behind and with the help of the Lord He has made this happen. I have been focusing my life completely on the Lord. I have been trusting in His plans for my life and leaving it to him. Committing my life to the Lord has definitely had it's hard times but it has also been the best decision of my life! I don't take my relationship with Jesus lightly, and I have made reading my bible and spending time in prayer and worship an everyday priority! Spreading God's word has also been a priority in my life! The Lord is dead center of my life and that will never change! All the decisions I make are reflected off of my faith and I have noticed a drastic change in my life and the actions I make! God is so good and has pulled me out of a deep pit which I am forever grateful for. I believe we could change many lives on this trip! I am ready to share my faith with others and I hope I can help change the lives of others! My goal with this mission trip is to reveal the importance of the Lord and having a relationship with him. I believe we can make this happen with the help of our Lord!
