We are Richard and Erlinda Blanchette and we are thrilled to be participating in a “GO” Trip to Ivory Coast with ShareWord Global.

Our goal is simple yet profound: to share the hope of the gospel to every corner of the world. We do that by mobilizing local churches—our brothers and sisters in the faith—to join us in sharing the life-giving gospel of Jesus Christ with Scripture, to the people around them. We empower local churches through training, resources, outreach opportunities and a community of like-minded evangelists to support and encourage them. As we prepare for this incredible journey, we are humbled by the opportunity to be instruments of change and a vessels of God's love. Together, we can make an eternal impact, touching hearts and transforming lives through the love of God.

Erlinda and I are part of the team for GOT (Gospel Outreach Trip) Ivory Coast with the scheduled flight on February 25, 2026 and arriving at Ivory Coast on February 27 till March 10, 2026, arriving back in Canada.

What an opportunity to serve God with the gifts He has given each of us!

Erlinda and I are both passionate and have a heart for evangelism, sharing the Gospel message. I speak French as my parents taught me which I have not used much for about 40 years, till the last few years where I have taken it up again in study and reading. It is a gift, I feel I can use at Ivory Coast where one of the languages is French.

We were in the Gospel Outreach Trip Peru in September 2025 and we are thankful to God as He has used us there in many events together with the Team for God’s honour and glory.

I (Erlinda) don’t speak French yet, but still learning French. I will be with the Team as a support and also praying that the Lord will open doors for me to encourage the believers, as well as focus on prayer for the Team and the Christian leaders that we will be working with at Ivory Coast.

With this we would like to encourage each one of you to use the gifts God has given you for the furtherance of the Gospel, by either, praying, finances or going, using the talents that God has bestowed on you. Thank you so much for your involvement. May Jesus be glorified.
