Jesus died on the cross to gift us with an abundance of life, and this truth needs to be spread to the four corners of the earth.

Motivated by this truth, Kings Kids Ministries in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, has been reaching children and teenagers living in high-risk environments where drugs, violence, and family breakdowns are daily struggles.

Through consistent visits, building trust, and sharing the love of Christ, there has been incredible growth in these communities—especially in Pedreira Prado Lopes, one of the city's largest favelas (slum).

One of the most powerful tools in this ministry has been the Faísca (Spark) magazine. It has been used to connect with teens and guide them through a journey of discipleship. Not only has it deepened their faith, but it has also impacted their academics and overall mindset!

One story that stands out is that of a young boy named Caio. When he first started attending the discipleship sessions, he couldn’t read. Now, Caio is reading on his own and understanding the word—proof of how the gospel truly transforms hearts and minds!

While the challenges are great, we trust that he who began this good work is faithful to complete it! Pray with us for these young lives, that the seed of God's Word continues to grow and bear fruit.
