Hii there! I'm Raquel, and I am so excited to be part of this amazing Gospel Outreach (“GO”) Trip to Nicaragua with ShareWord Global!!
So, here's the deal: our goal is to share the hope of the gospel with people all around the globe. We do that by partnering with local churches and mobilizing our brothers and sisters in the faith to go out into their communities and bring the gospel, with Scripture, to the people in their neighbourhoods.
So why am I going? I got baptized when I was 10 and have tried my best to live a God-centered life ever since. I had the opportunity to go to Mozambique in 2024, also with ShareWord Global, to do similar work as the one on this trip; through street evangelism, before and after school work with children, Ignite training with the local church and more. It was a life-changing experience and it reminded me of one thing: the reality laid out in Matthew 9:37 is very much a reality to this day.
There is work to be done, the people are ready to receive Jesus, but there are not enough of those who will go and work the harvest. Whatever support you can give is not just for me; it's for a massive mission that knows no borders, uniting us all in one goal – spreading the gospel and making an eternal difference.
